Return and Refund if You Change Your Mind

We are very confident that you will not be disappointed with our handmade products.

Dourado understands that it can sometimes be difficult to select the right style and product online. That is why Dourado has a 30 day return and refund policy for unused and undamaged products if you change your mind and wish to return them, at your own cost, within 30 days of delivery with a valid proof of purchase. This policy only applies to products purchased via Dourado website, for Australian customers and may not be available in other international markets.

We are happy to exchange, credit voucher or fully refund your purchase if it is returned within 30 days of the purchaser receiving the product, in an unworn condition with original tags attached together with the proof of purchase.

The return shipping and transportation expenses are at the purchaser own costs, unless the item is for some reason faulty.

If the products you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged during transportation, please immediately contact Dourado either by email or phone for assistance. Dourado will arrange for any exchange item to be mailed back to you.

If you did not purchase from Dourado website then contact your retailer for further information.

If you do not return the products within 30 days of delivery or do not have proof of purchase, Dourado may refuse to give you a refund.

If you return any products in a used or damaged condition, Dourado may deduct from any refund due to you an amount equivalent to the reduction in value of the jewellery, which might be 100% of the purchase price.
