Welcome to Dourado

We are an Australian owned and operated family business based in the southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, who decided to open an online store dedicated to genuine hand made eco-jewellery produced in Brazil.

At Dourado, we believe our environment should be treated with respect.

We import and sell eco-friendly, sustainable and fair trade jewellery handcrafted from Capim Dourado, a unique “Golden Grass” only found in a particular area of the Brazilian wetlands – the Jalapao. This grass is individually handcrafted into earrings, bracelets, necklaces and accessories. The finished product is glamorous, elegant, fun to wear and very light weight.

We are proud to support the Jalapao communities in keeping their tradition.
